Warranty Terms and Conditions.

  1. Warranty only covers the fault/problem a device was registered/repaired for, It is the owner’s legal responsibility to inform us of the exact condition of the device, and the owner must state clearly the exact fault with the device as our technicians will be troubleshooting and repairing based on Customers complains and reports, iRepair Solutions Nigeria will not be held responsible for any un-report faults before the repair process.
  2. Breaking our warranty seal/sticker by self/non-iRepair authorized personnel voids/nullifies the 30-day warranty.
  3. Warranty is void/nullified if there’s physical damage from a hard drop/hard impact, water/moisture damage, or damaged by using unrecommended accessories such as charger/USB cables.
  4. For a device that was brought in damaged due to using faulty/unrecommended accessories such as a charger, our warranty only stands if a recommended accessory is bought from us after the repair process is completed.
  5. No warranty for Water damaged and Smashed devices, we offer Blind service, Data recovery for these devices.
  6. No warranty for iPhone 7/7plus Baseband Problem repair, as it’s often times a board layer failure problem, which may reoccur after a period of usage especially when the device is put under mechanical stress or a hard drop.
