RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (On Services)
Thank you for patronizing us at iREPAIR SOLUTION NIGERIA.
At iRepair Solutions Nigeria, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services for an excellent customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or service rendered, we offer the following refund procedures, policy, and terms:
- The job receipt/invoice that was issued must be tendered for identification and refund processing.
- A completed Refund form with the customer’s bio and account details.
- All Refunds are done within 48 working hours of application. (Saturdays and Sundays excluded)
- All refunds are done by electronic transfer.
- In cases of an unsuccessful repair process, a small 20%-30% of the total amount deposited by the customer may be kept as a labor fee especially when the device was repaired to a reasonable extent but not whole, 80%-70% will be refunded to the customer within 48 working hours.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. iRepair Solutions Nigeria is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during third-party shipping or handling.
