Terms Notice! Please Read Carefully.

  • Our repair services are only available for genuine/original Apple devices
  • We do not offer unlock/jailbreak services except by special request and proof of device ownership.
  • Our repair services come with a 60-days warranty period (T&C applies)
    A 60% down payment of the total repair cost is mandatory to cover up repair component/parts cost needed for the repair procedure; repair cannot commence without this down payment.
  • Customers should endeavor to pick up their devices within 60 days after drop-off whether repaired or not. iREPAIR SOLUTIONS NIGERIA is not liable to produce any device/accessory or respond to “claims” after this period.
  • Ensure to backup of all user’s data, and remove the sim and other accessories not needed for repair procedures before tendering a device for repair, iREPAIR SOLUTIONS will not be held liable for any data, sim, or accessory loss, data corruption, or a restore done while repairing a faulty device; it’s the customer’s/owner’s duty/obligation to backup the data before tendering the device to us for repair.
  • In cases of an unsuccessful repair process, a small 20%-30% of the total amount deposited by the customer may be kept as a labor fee especially when the device was repaired to a reasonable extent but not whole, 80%-70% will be refunded to the customer within 48 working hours.
  • We offer Blind Repair Services for Devices brought for repair in an unaccessible state, this includes:
    • No power/Dead Devices
    • Smashed/Extremely Broken Devices
    • An Extremely Tampered from an unsuccessful prior repair process
    • No Display or Touch Function Devices
    • An Unactivated/Password locked Devices
    • Water Damaged Devices

iRepair Solutions Nigeria will not be held accountable for any failing functionality or component noticed after the device has been repaired and access restored as the state of each component and functionality could not be checked and confirmed prior to the repair procedures, In cases of failing functionalities or components, a separate repair charge will be incurred to repair this/these failing functionalities or components.

  • All products and services provided by iRepair Solutions Nigeria are subject to availability.
  • Our Products and Services Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • iRepair Solutions Nigeria will not be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur during third-party shipping or handling.
  • Tendering a device to us for repair means you have read, understood, and accepted our terms of service, disclaimers, and policies.

Blind Service Repair Terms.

We offer Blind Repair Services for Devices brought for repair in an unaccessible state, this includes:

  • No power/Dead Devices

iRepair Solutions Nigeria 60-days Warranty Terms (On Service)

Our repair service has a 60-days (2 months) warranty period which starts counting from the day a device is repaired and ready for pickup, after 60 days of pickup, the warranty for that repair service expires.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (On Services)

At iRepair Solutions Nigeria, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services for an excellent customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or service rendered, we offer the following refund procedures, policy, and terms:

  • The job receipt/invoice that was issued must be tendered for identification and refund processing.
  • A completed Refund form with the customer’s bio and account details.
  • All Refunds are done within 48 working hours of application. (Saturdays and Sundays excluded)
  • All refunds are done by electronic transfer.
  • In cases of an unsuccessful repair process, a small 20%-30% of the total amount deposited by the customer may be kept as a labor fee especially when the device was repaired to a reasonable extent but not whole, 80%-70% will be refunded to the customer within 48 working hours.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. iRepair Solutions Nigeria is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during third-party shipping or handling.

Warranty Terms and Conditions.

  1. Warranty only covers the fault/problem a device was registered/repaired for, It is the owner’s legal responsibility to inform us of the exact condition of the device, and the owner must state clearly the exact fault with the device as our technicians will be troubleshooting and repairing based on Customers complains and reports, iRepair Solutions Nigeria will not be held responsible for any un-report faults PRIOR to the repair process.
  2. Breaking our warranty seal/sticker by self/non-iRepair authorized personnel voids/nullifies the 60-day warranty.
  3. Warranty is void/nullified if there’s physical damage from a hard drop/hard impact, water/moisture damage, or damaged by using unrecommended accessories such as charger/USB cables.
  4. For a device that was brought in damaged due to using faulty/unrecommended accessories such as a charger, our warranty only stands if a recommended accessory is bought from us after the repair process is completed.
  5. No warranty for Water damaged and Smashed devices, we offer Blind service, Data recovery for these devices.
  6. No warranty for iPhone 7/7plus Baseband Problem repair, as it’s often times a board layer failure problem, which may reoccur after a period of usage especially when the device is put under mechanical stress or a hard drop.
